About ProtocolRank
ProtocolRank is an independent editorial publication built to make protocol decisions easier to compare.
We organize evidence quality, implementation burden, recurring cost, known risks, and practical fit across health, longevity, and performance protocols. A ranking is an editorial judgment and a starting point for better questions—not a clinical recommendation.
Our preferred evidence order is human outcomes first, then strong observational evidence, then mechanism. Pages should state uncertainty and link primary sources when making a factual health claim. Older pages that do not yet meet that standard are being reviewed rather than treated as finished research.
Protocol creators and commercial partners do not buy ranking position. Any live commercial relationship must be disclosed, and placeholder offers are never published as recommendations. Readers with medical conditions, prescription medications, pregnancy, or concerning symptoms should use qualified clinical guidance rather than a general ranking page.
